Thanks to its innovative lead-free multilayer technology, it is an ideal solution for healthcare professionals performing short, medium, or long interventional procedures.

    Compatible with all BURLINGTON protective vests, the K303 skirt provides optimal protection from both frontal and lateral exposure while ensuring excellent wearing comfort. Its reinforced lumbar support, combined with a Velcro closure and large side tightening buckle, allows precise and ergonomic adjustment.

    STRATA LEADFREE Technology: Lightweight Protection up to 120 kV

    BURLINGTON STRATA LEADFREE material is based on an advanced layered protection technology that provides excellent lead equivalency for applications using X-ray energies below 120 kV.

    - Available lead equivalencies: 0.35/0.25 mm Pb or 0.50/0.25 mm Pb
    - Tested at 50, 70, 90 and 110 kV in accordance with IEC 61331-1:2014
    - Lead-free multilayer technology for significant weight reduction
    - Lead equivalency determined using the inverse broad beam geometry method in accordance with IEC 61331-1:2014

    Usage Limitations

    Lead-free or lightweight protective garments should not be used in the following situations:

    - When X-ray generator voltages are between 120 kV and 150 kV
    - When using X-ray generators operating above 150 kV
    - In Nuclear Medicine, regardless of the radionuclide used
