BURLINGTON STRATA LEADFREE material is based on an advanced layered protection technology that provides excellent lead equivalency while significantly reducing the overall weight of the protective garment.

- Available lead equivalencies: 0.35/0.25 mm Pb or 0.50/0.25 mm Pb
- Tested at 50, 70, 90 and 110 kV in accordance with IEC 61331-1:2014
- Lead-free multilayer technology for significant weight reduction
- Lead equivalency determined using the inverse broad beam geometry method in accordance with IEC 61331-1:2014
- Suitable for applications using X-ray energies below 120 kV

Usage Limitations

Lead-free or lightweight protective garments should not be used in the following situations:

- When X-ray generator voltages are between 120 kV and 150 kV
- When using X-ray generators operating above 150 kV
- In Nuclear Medicine, regardless of the radionuclide used
