Insufflator co2 ct-1800 for virtual colonoscopy / colography
CO2 inflation system for virtual colonoscopy and tomographic colonography
Today, virtual colonoscopy is the preferred method for the detection of colorectal cancer.
we offer you our technologically advanced insufflator which will ensure that a constant pressure is maintained, avoiding the risk of colon perforation.
In additional, our insufflator is designed for uninterrupted operation during the entire examination process and meets all current requirements for carbon dioxide-based tomographic colography.
The insufflator comes with a transport trolley equipped with 4 lockable rollers and a high pressure pipe.
There are hooks to help you position the insufflation set on either side of the unit to ensure perfect positioning of the patient.
MAIN FEATURES:
-Automatic control of gas pressure and flow during the entire examination process
-Activation of optical and acoustic alarms in case of deviations from the normal procedure
-Simple operation with ergonomic control buttons and a limited number of buttons to avoid operation errors
-High level of operational safety thanks to the armed and secured high-pressure hose
-Phthalate-free PVC insufflation kit sends CO2 from the insufflator to the patient
-Total length of the set is 3.8m
-The set is equipped with a 240 ml bag for the collection of body fluids and a 0.1 micron hydrofilter to protect the insufflator from backflow contamination
-The set is tipped with a special 9 mm universal catheter with a silicone balloon
-The balloon is filled with air through a single-use syringe
-The volume of air is chosen to position and hold the catheter while ensuring patient comfort
-The balloon can hold up to 90 ml of air with a diameter of approximately 50 mm
TECHNICAL INFORMATION:
-Gas: Medical carbon dioxide
-Maximum gas flow rate: 1 to 5L per min
-Pressure setting: 5 to 25 mm Hg
-Power supply: 230 volts, 50/60 Hz
-Trolley dimensions: 58x48x103cm
-Trolley weight without gas cylinders: 44kg
